Terms & Conditions – Aizawl Smart City

By using the Aizawl Smart City platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

The platform is available for use by anyone. Currently, services are limited to users and facilities within Aizawl City, Mizoram, India.

2. Booking & Payment

Users must make full payment at the time of booking.
All bookings are considered confirmed once payment is successful.
To cancel a booking or discuss a refund, users must contact our support team. Refunds are handled manually on a case-by-case basis.

3. Facility Use Rules

Alcohol is strictly prohibited in all facilities.
Some facilities may have designated smoking areas; others may prohibit smoking entirely. Users must follow the rules of the specific venue.
The person making the booking is fully responsible for any damage caused during the use of the facility.

4. Double Bookings or Errors

In rare cases where a facility is double-booked or unavailable due to a system issue, users must contact support for assistance. We will do our best to resolve such issues promptly.

5. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any user account for:

Misuse of the platform
Rule violations during bookings
Attempted fraudulent activities

Users may also request account deletion via our support team.
